Hand Over the Small Jobs: AI Agents for Food, Appointments and Property Firms (2-Hour Session)

What busy days teach about the small repeat jobs, where AI agents can take them on, and a one-to-one session to set them up with your own work.

Dean Keating, who publishes Epsom.co, offers a 2-hour one-to-one AI session for business use at £397 including VAT. You choose two or three repeat jobs, set up AI agents on them live in Claude or ChatGPT using your own work, and keep the setup and prompts in your account. Choose Zoom, his Waterlooville office, or your own premises in Hampshire or Surrey.

Busy days are when the small jobs pile up

The Downs above the town host approximately 20 race fixtures a year, and on Derby Day more than 100,000 racegoers can gather there, according to the area page on this site. Most weeks are nothing like that. But anyone running a table, a chair or a counter nearby knows the shape of a busy day: the work in front of you is fine, and it is the messages, bookings and follow-ups behind it that slip.

Those small repeat jobs are what AI agents are for. Not the welcome at the door or the call that needs a human voice, but the typing around them.

What it looks like for three kinds of business

The listings on Epsom.co lean towards food and drink, with restaurants, pubs, cafes and takeaways, and also include estate agents, hairdressers, gyms, dentists, vets and solicitors. Here is where an agent could take a job, whichever of those you run.

Food and drink. Table requests arriving by message, the same opening-time question asked again, a thank-you to a group that booked. An agent can draft the replies from your own wording, and you approve them before they go.

Appointments: salons, gyms, dentists, vets. Reminders, rebooking a no-show, a gentle nudge to somebody whose check-up is due. The agent prepares the message; a person decides what is sent.

Property and legal. A new enquiry that needs sorting, a viewing or meeting to arrange, a client who still owes a document. The agent sorts and drafts; the advice stays with you.

Three questions to ask before handing anything over

1. What is the job, in one sentence? If you cannot say it plainly, an agent cannot do it.
2. What must it never do on its own? Prices, refunds, health or legal advice, and anything a customer could be upset by belong to a person.
3. Who checks it? Name the person who reads the draft before it leaves.

Answer those three and you have the rules for an agent. Skipping them is how people end up with a chatbot nobody trusts.

From Dean Keating, who publishes this site: a 2-hour one-to-one session

What follows is an advert for Dean Keating's own offer. He publishes Epsom.co, runs the session and sells it himself. It is not a paid placement, and he is not ranked against anyone on this site.

What happens. Two hours, just you and Dean. You choose the two or three jobs eating your week, then you set up AI agents on them live, in Claude or ChatGPT, using your own work. At the end you have your own setup and prompts saved in your account. There are no slides, it is not a course, and it is not a chatbot.

Where. Dean is based in Horndean, Hampshire, and has an office in Waterlooville. He is not in Epsom, but he can come to your business in Hampshire or Surrey, or you can join him on Zoom from anywhere in the UK.

Cost. £397 including VAT. It is sold for business use, so the buyer is a business.

Background. Dean runs his web agency and his network of local directory websites on AI agents, with more than 100 defined agent roles. His rule is the one in the checklist above: the AI does the repeat work, and a person sets the rules and approves what matters.

He makes no promise about time or money saved, because that depends on your business and on which jobs you hand over. The booking page shows the next available date and takes payment through Stripe; Dean then confirms the time with you.

To read more first, there is Dean Keating's page on this site, and AI agents for small business covers the basics.

Frequently asked questions

Which repeat jobs can an AI agent take on in a restaurant, salon or estate agency?
Drafting replies to common questions, reminders and rebooking messages, sorting new enquiries and chasing a missing document. A person approves what goes out.
What do I need to decide before I hand a job to an agent?
What the job is in one sentence, what the agent must never do on its own, and who checks the draft before it is sent.
What does the 2-hour session cost and who is it for?
£397 including VAT. It is a one-to-one session sold for business use, so you buy it as a business.
Can Dean Keating come to my business in Surrey?
Yes, he can visit businesses in Hampshire and Surrey, or you can book Zoom. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire and has an office in Waterlooville, not in Epsom.
Is this guide independent of Dean Keating?
No. He publishes Epsom.co and sells the session, so the offer section is his own advert, not a paid placement or a ranking.
